His workers stay with him for a very long time, so we have been able to train them to produce high-quality items in the industry where throwaway is the norm.
It took us over a year of working consistently in the developmental stage to produce the quality we were after, and our manufacturers and workers have learned valuable skills which will profit them in their lives into the future.
We are VERY community conscious. We donate part of our proceeds and a lot of time into education for teenagers where they are taught skills which empower them for life.
Things like taking responsibility for themselves and the environment, financial intelligence, goal setting, finding their purpose in life etc.

Baiden Mitten products are made to the strict standards normally reserved for baby products. Why? Because we care about your skin!
We use the least processed grade of fibres so they’re NOT soaked in harmful chemicals.
If they were, the fibres infused with poisons would leach those chemicals into your skin every time you exfoliated. That is why, when wet, Baiden Mitten has an earthy, woody smell. It’s all-natural!
Because of the minimal processing, your mitt needs to dry thoroughly after each exfoliation session to prevent it from deteriorating.
